Nike, Banana Republic, the Gap, among others, use sweatshops. Sweatshops are everywhere, from Thailand and Honduras to New York and Los Angeles, often virtually enslaving workers.
The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire on March 25, 1911, in New York killed 146 clothing makers, most of them young immigrant women, some of them as young as thirteen. 62 of them jumped nine floors to the street below in their effort to escape the fire. And the patterns are being repeated today around the world.

The group is known for their passionate, vulgar lyrics and their experimental production. Earl Sweatshirt is the youngest, and one of the most talented rappers in the group. His rapping style is notable for its dark lyrical content, heavy wordplay, multi-syllabic rhymes, and double entendres.
His 2010 album 'Earl', released when he was 16, is considered one of the best albums of 2010. His father (not grandfather) is Keorapetse Kgositsile, a famous South African poet, so his amazing debut was certainly not a fluke.
He was put in Samoa's Coral Reef Academy by his mother when he was 16. February 24, 2012, Earl will be 18, come back to the US and release another album. According to Complex interview, Earl can't wait to get back and has been writing poetry/raps during his stay at Coral Reef Academy.

You come in and they yell "PICK COLOR!" The manicurists go from one person to the next without break, breathing in all the chemicals. Your nails never cost more than $20-25 and are always done with unlabeled products.
These salons are usually located in a strip/mini mall with some cheesy name like New York Nails, Chan's Nails, or Spicy Nails. They are always run by Asians who look pissed to be there (usually Korean or Vietnamese), and you can just tell they are talking smack about you in their language. And there is always at least one man working there who creeps you out, who you hope you don't get.
