A clever way to insult somebody, especially a slutty girl. You can't get in trouble for this because teachers are so wrapped up in useless shit (see algebra) to realize that is you reverse the vowels in both words, you get Skank Bitch.

Kid: Leslie is such a skink batch.
Teacher: What's a skink batch?

Blue-tongued skinks are the genus Tiliqua, which contains some of the largest members of the skink family (Scincidae). They are called commonly blue-tongued lizards in Australia, where true lizards (Lacertidae do not naturally occur. As suggested by these common names, its distinguishing characteristic is a blue tongue.

Skink

A teenage girl who's very up-class in her high school years. Also wears a lot of expensive clothing and is most likely one of the prettiest girls in school - due to her enormous amount of makeup she pours on her face every morning. Has a lot of friends that are just like her. Borderline rude to anyone that is not as high class as she is, and always eats up all the drama and rumors about her and everyone she hates.
Not to mention bragging about how much she spent on her nails/shoes/jewelry/etc.

John: "Hey look at that girl over there with those high heels and makeup!"
Noah: "Yeah, shes a skink dude don't even try! Her standers are super high"
