The Australian slang antithesis of “Lekker” - first recorded use Amsterdam summer 2019.

(Lekker - A commonly used Dutch word meaning delicious or sweet, but used in everyday situations as good, pleasant or very)

Thus Rekkel means the opposite.

Bad, disgusting, yuck, undesirable, shit.

Also used in the negative.

Eg “Niet Rekkel”.
