A slurred, coded version of "how stupid".

For example: Joe sees a guy wearing a fanny pack and says "how stupid". The same can be achieved by pointing and saying "muhabah stew".

Mühlberg is the name of a jewish family who was murdered in World War 2 because of the holocaust. They were a very rich family and managed lots of banks in germany, austria and switzerland. Some of the Mühlberg family are probably still alive and live in Europe.
