Word for "black" in the Yoruba language, which shares many words with the ancient Egyptian language and may indicate a common origin.

Also a black/dark brown soap manufactured from shea nut butter in western Africa noted for clearing the complexion.

Have you tried that dudu soap? It cleared up my skin!

Homely, Lame, odd, weird.

Often used to describe co-workers to people.
A major insult calling someone a complete loser.

Ex1: John: So what's it like at McDick's?
Jim: Totally Lame. Half the kids there are so dudly.

Ex2: Greg: Dude, Check that chick out.
Ben: I dunno, brah, she looks kinda dudly.

duduk

Pronounced "dooh-DOOHK", this amazing, warm and sweet-sounding oboelike musical instrument from Armenia and Georgia is the one instrument in the world that sounds like a human voice. Djivan Gasparyan is one of the best-known soloists on this instrument. The duduk is usually suited to slow, mournful melodies but it's not unusual to hear it playing bright, happy music. In Georgia, the name of the instrument is "duduki". Variants of the duduk do exist in several other countries, for instance Azerbaijan, but the names for them vary, like "balaban" in Azerbaijan and "balaman" in Daghestan, but their tonal quality tends to be a little louder and more penetrating.

I love the sound of the duduk---it's very soothing.

To stalk girls and ask them for pictures of themselves. Usually he/she doing the dudlying will contain quite large hair in an unusual position, also he/she usually walks in an odd fashion.
