When you want to say Unfortunately or Lamentably but fail miserably to do so while addressing Presidents and World leaders from 50 countries and international institutions.

Lemon Doubly is a term originally coined by his Excellency the President of the Lebanese Republic General Michel Aoun at the virtual Conference held in support of the people of Lebanon, on Aug 4 2021, commemorating the one year anniversary of the Beirut blast.
