(title later added:) & OMFUG (other music for uplifting gormandizers).
The epicenter of the New York Punk Scene, with musicians such as the Ramones, the Talking Heads, and Debbie Harry all getting their start here.

Despite it's name, CBGB's did not showcase any country music.
