part time boozers

people that only go out to bars and night clubs on a few big occasions such as New Years Eve. They can't handle their alcohol, clog up the bars, and their numbers involve increases in price of drink and entry charges.

part time boozers like to go out on the big nights such as new years paddy's day or a event such as the annual ball. typically in student circles they will only be seen in a social event after the exams
