A person who is addicted to all drugs, not just one. Someone who is always high on many types of illegal drugs. An addict with no special drug of choice.

That girl is always smiling, she's Blitzen. Look at the guy talking to the wall, he's Blitzen.

Blizznat

A typically large redesigned swisher sweet/ white owl/backwoods cigarillo (with No tip) cut down the middle with a razor - in which the low quality tobbaco has been replaced with 'that fire' chronic/hydro/kush/purp marijuana in preparation for a short vacation from reality during a time of high stress. Also known as a bleezy, blunt, prizznat, or log.

My homie just blew up the spot and got 5-0 posted everywhere in my hood bugging me out, so lets grab a swisher and camp out at the crib roll us a blizznat - I've got that fire!
