Sriracha sauce, especially Huy Fong "Rooster" sauce, as seen in your local Pho restaurant. It's basically ketchup made out of hot chili peppers instead of tomatoes. Based on a Thai recipe from Si Racha, Thailand, but made by and used mainly in association with Vietnamese food.

On our volleyball team we have an unknow Vitch Bitch that is telling the coach everything so their less talented daughter.

the internet dynamic of drawing attention to ones life by through U-tube videos and or Facebook posts of an announcement of a potential or existing malady, not necessarily life threatening. An effort to draw attention to and honor ones life. The term dedicated to a musician from Hastings on Hudson New York, an early pioneer of the dynamic.

"Charlie" decides to make his own vitching documentary video in which he vitches making veiled references to his potential demise.
