A term used in California to describe the State Legislature which is owned by public employee unions.
Those Liars, Thieves and Whores in Sacramento just gave the prison guards another unaffordable, overly generous benefit.

TheDefaced Security Team, known to many over the Internet.

They're known for all the stuff they have done, and game hacking and other stuff they're mostly known by the Internet as the chill's of the net.

These aren't really classed as white, gray or even black hats as they're either way.

They do things because they can, and they do it to protect them selves against attacks if it be over there friends, them selves or even there web server.
