Adj. Re-hart-did - The attemp to be nice, but end up being annoying and stubborn. Thinking your helping out and being the mature one by going "out of your way" to help someone else out. Usally complicates the situation. Being reheated is usally followed by a rant, or unnecessary explanation. Common with retards.
