The action of saying the classic Pingu saying ‘noot noot’.

Liz just walked up to me and starting nooting by saying ‘noot noot’ with a Streets drumstick cone in her mouth pretending to be Pingu. I had just been nooted.

Asking for Noots is the backup plan when asking for Noodz. If the girl says "wtf no" you can claim it auto corrected "Noots" to "Noods" and you can say you wanted her Noot Noots.
