NOC

NOC is short for Not Original Content. A memepage on instagram with the name Not_OC that also has a Discord server. The server has very few rules and has a good community of people from all around the world. It's known that a side effect of being active in it for too long, is if you leave, you get Nocholm Syndrome. Its like Stockholm Syndrome but specifically for NOC.
Guy 1: "Hey check out that meme I sent you."

Guy 2: "LMAO that was hilarious! This NOC Instagram page is awesome! They even have a discord server!"

Guy 1: "Be careful about joining it... If you become active you'll get Nocholm Syndrome..."

Noc

A shortened, informal abbreviation of the spanish "No se" pronounced: noh-seh. The word NOC is mostly utilized in delicate situations, a context where part A wishes to convey a meaningful, often heartfelt, message to part B. Its usage can be observed at the beginning of the sentance, which often preceeds a revelation, expression, and/or an all out declaration of intent (example below). If you are considering using this word, perhaps you should reconsider the message, and consequently, your general state of mind.
"Se que te conoci en el baño del duke pero, Noc, siento una conexion metafisica contigo"
"Noc, me das ternurita y siento que deberiamos casarnos mañana"
