She is pretty, smart, funny, and nice. And she can be a person to talk to or chill with. And she was one 11:11 wish Shelly was happy to make

When you see someone's profile picture thumbnail and you think they're OK, but when you click on it, it's a big old mess. Named after the artist Monet, whose paintings were nice from far away, but jacked up looking up close.
I thought this heina would be fine, but when I opened up her facebook page, she turned out to be an Internet Monet, cause her close up was fug!

Tai: Do you think she's pretty?
Cher: No, she's a full-on Monet.
Tai: What's a monet?
Cher: It's like a painting, see? From far away, it's OK, but up close, it's a big old mess. Let's ask a guy. Christian, what do you think of Amber?

Sung to the tune of "Bingo was his name O" this is the cache monet song:
C, A, C H E,
M, O, N E T,
that, sounds, good to me
that spells cash mo nay!
Don't, be, a PAB,
give, me, my money,
that, sounds, good to me,
that spells cash mo nay!

When someone or something is a full on monet they are pretty from far away but ugly from up close
EX: someone seems nice or pretty but is not a very nice person(vice versa)
the saying comes from the ICONIC movie Clueless
Cher—who is pretty much like "as if"—tells her, "She's a full-on Monet," and Tai is all, like, definition please, so Cher elaborates, saying "It's like a painting, see. From far away it's okay, but up close it's a big ol' mess."
