The combination of the words lesbian and espionage to create a word meaning a female who is secretly (taken from espionage) a lesbian (taken from the word.. you guessed it! lesbian).

Any girl or woman you feel may secretly be hiding there sexuallity can be called a lesbianage.

Example 1
Girl 1: (to Girl 2) Lets go to the bathroom!

Girl 2: Okay!

Guy 1: You guys are such lebianages!

Everyone knows that lesbians are intelligent and reliable on the job and for sporting events, but when it comes to meeting for happy hour, going out, or going on a quick trip, the % chance that they will show up isn't consistent, it's circumstantial. Thus, every event that a lesbian has agreed to come to has a % chance of lesbiatation for arriving on time or at all.

Well, there's a 90% chance of lesbiatation, I think they'll come.
