Van Hagar

a term used (not necessarily in a derogatory manner) to describe the lineup of Van Halen when Sammy Hagar was the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of the band (1985 - 1996 and again in around 2003 - 2005).

In 1985 Van Halen got the nickname "Van Hagar" for obvious reasons. The following year I saw Van Hagar live in concert on the 5150 Tour. I think the band was at their commercial peak at that time. 5150 was the band's first #1 album, and of all those VH albums that reached the top it's the best.

Hagadorn

Always drafts the worst fantasy team and then complains to the commissioner about collusion and other various made up issues. Over pays dearly for an unknown fantasy TE then talks shit like he is going to win. Always loses.

Damit! I started the season like a Hagadorn. Well... maybe if I complain to the commissioner enough then things will change to benefit me!
