Vitamin GR is code for Vitamin Gym Rat. It's the only Vitamin that will help you get all the THICC to EXTRA THICC girls and defend them from people that call her fat. You go to the gym at least 30 minutes a day for a few times a week and use peck and leg and back and other machines, medicine balls, dumbbells, treadmill, and other gym equipment. You must feel the burn! No pain, no gain! Even if it takes longer for some people to get there than others, you can make it. You just need patience and consistency and to keep paying the gym and go at least twice a week.
