The term used for when you headshot someone and they survive.

I was playing Call of Duty and I blasted a bullet in generalgamername1's head and he survived, he was fucking Giffordsing.

Giffords

A name given to the person or corpse recieving a teabag. Named after democratic congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, shot in the head by a teapartier on January 8th, 2010.

So, after you have killed your Giffords, press the L3 button on your controller to teabag them repeatedly, adding insult to injury.
