Fall Out Boy is a band with amazing lyrics and songs that's not particularly famous (I can't figure out why). I recommend "Tell that mick he just made my list of things ot do today", "grand theft autumn", and "nobody puts baby in the corner". Along with their entire new album, "Take This To Your Grave".

They are signed to Decaydance Records, owned by bassist Pete Wentz, Decaydance also have Panic At The Disco, Gym Class Heroes and Cobra Starship. Pete also owns the brand Clandestine, the logo - the Bartskull is a heart with wings.

Their lyrics are written mainly by Pete Wentz and Patrick Stump.

Fall Out Boy

A pop/punk band from Chicago. There are many things to take in count about this band. Now, here's an opinion:

Fall Out Boy is a good band IN THE RECORD. I listen to many of their songs, I have their three "real" albums. They're ok, and some of the songs are really really good. However, it's a shame that they are not a live band (like many of the newer bands). Fall Out Boy fans have to admit (including me) that they, ahem, "are not very good live band" (they *suck*, as much as it hurts me to say it). If you want to hear a live band go hear Green Day, U2 or any of the older bands. Really, go to youtube and compare the live sounds, you will hear a difference.

Now, I don't know if some people are just plain deaf, but I can't understand what is going through their minds when they hear a bad Fall Out Boy live performance and say they are actually pretty good. I would agree if they were talking about the album. I consider myself a real fan, but I wouldn't go to a Fall Out Boy concert for two reasons:

1. They probably won't come to my country
2. I like their "album" sound a lot more (cause it's good)

So I see there's people who like fall out boy, and there's people who don't. It doesn't matter wich one you are, you should respect the other group.

That's just my opinion

Guy1: That's true, but they sound very good in the albums.
Guy2: I consider good bands have to sound good live.
