Get the Viet Cong Flapjacked mug.A phrase that branched off of "What the hell?!". When said by a FOB, it sounds like "What duh heo?". "Heo" is a Vietnamese word meaning pig, which is fully described as "cong heo", or "the pig". Asian people (esp. Vietnamese) say "What the cong heo?!" just because they think it's cool and sounds funny, but really, it only makes them look like a complete retard that should go finish their ELD classes.
