The act of constantly sharing the same opinion in a forum full of people who are obviously known to have the same opinion as yours, therefor granting you free upvotes to said opinion, while gathering downvotes to anyone that opposes you on the matter

Good examples:
The atheist section of Reddit
League of Legends' Boards

Any sort of 9Gag picture that goes against consoles/Frozen/Christianity

Nearly any website that governs itself through up and downvotes, and inevitably estabilishes "approved" opinions, which leads to the formation of a circle jerk

When some asshole cheapskate Major League Baseball owner trades his top level talent for bullshit prospects when they are due to get paid, hence signaling a rebuilding process. 5 years down the road, he will inevitably trade that talent when and if they are due for a contract, signaling the beginning of another rebuilding process.

Larry Dolan's minion, Mark Shapiro, dealt the reigning Cy Young award winner for 4 guys who will inevitably be bagging groceries in a few short years, continuing the Larry Dolan circle of suck.

Circle of Blame

The group of individuals collectively responsible for the failure of a project despite the limited control, if any, the individuals have on its outcome. The group often includes individuals that were not assigned to work on the project, but were given official notice of the projects existence during a meeting, memo, or e-mail.

Commonly, such doomed projects are leaderless or have an ill-suited leader from the start. Ultimately, Executive Management hears of the failure and criticizes the entire group for their incompetence.

"Man, I hate getting cc:ed on an email. Now I am in the circle of blame!"

Circle Game

A game for two or more players in which one player makes a circle with his/her hand (sort of like an "OK" sign, or similar to the American Sign Language letter F) below their waist and attempts to get the other player(s) to look at it. If at least one other player looks at the person's hand in while it's making this sign below the waist, the person who got the others to look at their hand gets to punch all of the players who saw the circle, generally in the arm/shoulder area. This is generally a game that's played all day and out of the blue. The idea is to catch the other player(s) off guard and get them to look at the "circle" below your waist to get the privilege of punching them.

Player 1 and Player 2 are good friends and know that the Circle Game is always in play.

Player 1: "Hey dude, check out this bruise on my knee."
*Player 2 looks down at Player 1's knee, and sees that Player 1 has made the Circle sign below his waist*
*Player 1 punches Player 2*
