When passenger (most notably on the TTC in Toronto) turns their knees to the side to let you in or out of your window seat instead of standing up for 3 seconds so that you can enter or exit the seat without obstructions.

I almost tripped getting out of my seat because the guy in aisle seat did the chinaman shuffle
