Baggy Pants is a fad in the wigger community where they were cloths a couple of sizes bigger. This actually started in the early 1980's by african-american shoplifters to allow more room to store stolen items in. The act of baggy pants was "copied" by the wigger community without knowing the meaning.
Strangly enough, african-americangang members do not wear them during times of street fights. Having your pants at your knees limits mobility.

You can always tell a dumb wigger by those baggy pants.

Baggy Magnum

The actions and end result of one who wears a Magnum brand condom in attempt to gain relative street credit in the eyes of his peers but cannot fulfiill the size obligations that a Magnum brand condom entails.

For those who need to overcompensate for their unfortunate size qualifications and cannot obtain street credit in generic ways, one might feel the need to wear a Magnum brand in the attempt to trick people into believing that he is not lacking in size and that he has relative street credit. This will be a failed attempt and will result in a Baggy Magnum.
