Universal Design

The term refers to a design approach which produces buildings, products and environments that are usable and effective for everyone, not just people with disabilities.

The Strampitheater at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County is an excellent example of Universal Design.

process design

Move an organization out of an old box into a new one by spreading a virus of curiosity, empathy and new energy. Facilitate this rehousing and help them find the problem and let them dive deeper into it. Be curious and critical.

I am helping these people find a solution, by means of process design.
