What you would call a naturally dark haired individual (typically girls with black hair) that are as clumsy, ditzy, and easily dumb founded like a stereotypical dumb blonde.

I asked her a simple question and she looked at me like a deer in head lights! She can be such a shadow blonde sometimes.
