1. One who lack a brain, and/or does not know how to use it properly.

2. One who should be diagnosed with having bipolar disorder. This person will be having a nice civil conversation one minute and the next they will snap and go insane. Everyone around should stay clear of this person because his P's know peeps and my G's know peeps.

A Hunt word for 'knob' or 'twat', but often gets taxed by younger syblings and adopted for use in a more joking sense. This spins quite a few people out.
