Someone who uses a wrench to beat their meat, usually by putting it at the end of their penis and twisting it. It originates from a porn video titled ‘hot milf fucks macanic’. Which obviously is a typo, they changed the title shortly after to ‘Hot milf fucks mechanic’. In the video they use a wrench as a “toy”. Then people started using this title to their own videos involving wrenches. But the meme died in 2012.
