Used at the end of an insult to typify the base of the insult. Not used as an insult in it of itself. Can be also used as "face ass" and "neck ass" in some cases.

Your ole "two plus two not knowing wtf it is" head ass.
Your ole "I don't know the number for 911" face ass.
Your ole "lemme get a peice" neck ass.

Incorrect usage: "You're such a head ass." Or "He is such a head ass."
