When you use a public restroom (e.g. at work) and are about to have a loud and embarrassing session, but another person comes in, causing you to hold it until they leave. After they leave you are free to let loose without fear of being laughed at.

Jim: Dude, you were gone for a long time.

Mike: Yeah, I had a nasty burrito for lunch and then had to out-sit 2 guys that came in to piss. I didn’t think I would make it!

The act of turning a frisbee upside down, filling it with beer, pulling down down your pants as to expose the anus, and squatting down on said frisbee.

This substitute to buttchugging or boofing, is commonly employed by nerds on ultimate frisbee teams around the country.

This trend originated at Swarthmore college.

Normal guy 1: hey bro, why was the ultimate frisbee team making so much noise last night.

Normal guy 2: I don't know, I think they were hammered from doing one to many frisbee sits.

Normal guy 1: frisbee sits?

Normal guy 2: yeah, it's like a cooler version of butt chugging that frisbee guys do. Like ordering a daquiri at a microbrewery.

A common thing teachers say in primary school, when you upset someone or hurt someone.
It can also be used when you are TALKING WHEN THE TEACHER IS (which btw I have not done) ;)

You pull Bob’s hair.
Bob is crying like crazy.
Me: It wasn’t me!
Teacher: Say sorry NOW!!
Me: Uh, sorry Bob
Teacher: Now go sit in timeout and think about what you have done.
Reluctantly, you go and sit in the ‘special timeout chair’ that isn’t different from the rest of the blue chairs.

An expression, commonly used in a negative way in order to tell someone to go fuck off. It can also be used in a "you know what?" kind of manor, as an exclamation or frustration. It has the added benefit of insulting how the recipient spends his free time, and is synonymous with "you just sit on your ass all day"

Bill: "Hey, you wanna hang out today?"

Jon: "Nah I'd rather just stay home and watch a movie."

Bill: "Fine then, you can just sit there, pissing and shitting yourself all day."

Fred: "Hey, we're gonna play some basketball, wanna come?"

Joe: "I just had a really bad break up, I'd rather be alone."

Fred: "Well you can just sit at home, pissing and shitting yourself while we have fun ya douche."
