A person who is on welfare or the dole, but is actually quite capable of finding work. He will often fake an injury or illness to substantiate his claim that he is unable to find a job or perform work if a job should be found for him. He finds it more convenient and easy to live on the dole.

What a doofer! He sits around all week watching Emmerdale, and only goes out once a week to collect his dole.

Doomer Moment

The act of being a little bitch. Nihilistic freaks who read one book on philosophy and suddenly they're the smartest/ most woke person in the room. Their core beliefs are void of any belief at all ( the belief that there is no inherent meaning, value, or order to life), they don't necessarily have to believe this, they just say doomer shit to sound deep. A doomer moment in specific is when they say the most unhappy, unadulterated cringe to either feel slightly above you or to excuse their troglodyte activities.
