When you've had tonnes to eat so that when you drink alcohol the effects are delayed.

I've killed a bottle of vodka but feel sober, guess I just have liquor lag because I stuffed out at the buffet earlier but I'll feel it later no doubt

Whiskey Lag

When you drink whiskey all day and when in a conversation it takes you longer than usual to reply or you talk non sence because you brain is lagging.

A contraption in open world MMO Survival games (Minecraft for example) that intentionally slows down server time catastrophically for everyone on the server no matter the distance if it’s being rendered.
