4kids is a defunct American television programming block and Internet-based video on demand children's network operated by 4Kids Entertainment.
They are well known for dubbing some of the most popular anime in the world such as Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Sonic X, One piece and much more.
4Kids was closed down in December 27th 2008 due to Bankruptcy

4Kids Tv is well known for ruining well known anime, their job was dub anime for English speaking children in America but would ultimately end up ruining it, most famous example is One piece, they had terrible voice actors, editing and much more
