the characteristic of being overly dramatic, specifically a trait associated with people who's first name is May. Similar to textrettes syndrome. Someone prone to typing in all caps with an inordinate number of exclamation points and gratuitous swearing.
May said that her uterus was trying to kill her but we were pretty sure she was being overly draMaytic.

When drama is caused by one person and spreads to other groups enveloping everyone in the drama. Effectively a metastasis of drama. Much like the metastasis of cancer.
