A form of judicial self-insert fanfic, in which the author of a legal opinion fantasizes that the founding fathers are gushing over them, panties a-drip, "Oh Antonin, you're not like all the other justices, you really GET me; of COURSE corporations are people!"

While the Court's decision breaks with tradition and perfectly encapsulates the prejudices of a racist old white man, the justices defended their opinions by citing the doctrine of Originalism.
