Tattoo Rick a very talented artist, he is also sweet,and hilarious at times.he is very easy to read and he wears his heart on his sleeve. Anyone who meets him automatically likes him. If you see a tall tattoo covered version of Napoleon Dynamite giving tattoos... more than likely it's going to be tattoo Rick. Although he looks very nerdy his personality kicks ass... I think I would rather be from Canada so I could be cool like him.
