A mens group consisting of more than 2, but less than 4. All of which utilize a prescribed instrument in such a manner to emphasize the better things in life. Such as "Admiral Nelson", or an awesome "Club Sugarland".

Running the Gambit is about as awesome as mediocrity can offer, or afford.

A totaly awesome german speed/heavy metal band dating back to -81 with a pirate theme. Their frontman is Rock n Rolf Kasparek. They are still active.

The name "Rock n Rolfs" is so cool.

Run batch

The act of masturbation, usually taking place while at work, while driving, in an airplane bathroom, or some equally inappropriate place. The sudden onset of this need is most often brought about by some form of visual stimulation, such as the close proximity of some serious talent. Running batch nearly always results in the deposition of a large load on one's work desk, steering wheel, airplane bathroom door, or some equally undesirable location, leaving the sweaty participant to ineffectually clean up the mess with whatever happens to be on hand.

Man, I was sitting next to the hottest chick on the plane last night. I couldn't even wait until I got back to my hotel, I had to run batch right there in the airplane toilet!!

Grundy Run

A tradition seen in New Zealand high schools where at the end of the year, students strip down to their underwear and run across their school grounds (or another school)

Person 1 - "Did you hear? Steve went to the grundy run yesterday!"

Person 2 - "No shit Sherlock, like two thirds of the school went."
