Its is a word to either describe someone can be positive negative ot neutral.

If you cant be bothered writing an opinion or are just fed up you would use this word.

It can also be another word for I don't know (IDK) or Can't be assed (CBA)

A word used to express indifference by gen Y who can't be bothered to ever explain their reason for anything. See: "just saying" Ways to express an opinion without taking the time/responsibility to actually express a coherent opinion. A symptom of bone-laziness.

MEH, the word has long been used as a simple word to denote a lack of care or interest; apathy if you like. However it has recently resurfaced to mean something new. An emotional term "MEH" is, and is now known to mean: Melt Eternal Hearts. Used by the alternative community to describe their feelings towards bands and characters they aspire or admire.
