A phrase made famous by Carlos Gil, author of the book “The End of Marketing,” a “digital savage” is someone who gives no fucks who they offend or piss off – to grow their business and online notoriety. Often, a “digital savage” is someone who engages unhappy customers or fans of their competitors to make new fans out of them.

If you want to get impressions, you’ve got to be a digital savage like Wendy's.

digitally diddling

To waste countless hours of life online looking at nonsense through various forms of digital technology. Productivity is down at schools and work, but people know what celebrity is knocked up, by who, and who is starting the slut shaming.

Jason could not understand why people spent so much of their lives digitally diddling when they could teach themselves algebra or a foreign language, learn about past cultures, and then he remembered that most people are fucking stupid. In order to get over this unpleasant realization he did a "honey covered boobs" image search and then felt better.
