A Toby is a great guy who most people loves but can equally be an asshole. Either you love him, or you don’t. He is confident and passionate. He loves talking to people and is very friendly. He is a bit unpredictable which makes him hard to trust at times. He is positive and likes to work hard on personal and work tasks.
