Oreo Moment

A pause or moment of relaxation taken at the peak of stress, frustration, anxiety. Used to restore calm or to ward off a full on breakdown or outburst. May involve the eating of a sweet snack (like an oreo cookie) that is high in calorie & low in food value.

After the boss changed the project deadline for the 3rd time, Kaylee had an Oreo moment. She sat at her desk, drank her coffee & ate some cookies,while looking at & speaking to no one.

It's where you say/do something stupid from a lack of experience in a specific video game.

For example: *Placing the Nomad's Airjab way too high up the side of a door and is pointless.*

Biscuit Moment

The precise moment when a player, usual on a first person shooter reaches for a biscuit to their side, thus momentarily leaving their controller and making themselves vulnerable to sniper fire. More predominantly known as the KitKat moment in the UK.

Biscuit Moment: Whilst playing Call Of Duty 4 online, Tim reached for the conveniently placed biscuits to his left only to find once returning that he had been shot in the head by a sniper.

Whilst targeting this guy online I was waiting for the all important KitKat moment before taking appropriate action.

magolor moment

A "Magolor moment" is a reference to a plot twist or unexpected revelation in a story, inspired by the character Magolor from the hit video game Kirby's Return to Dream Land. In the game, Magolor appears to be a friendly alien who asks for Kirby's help to retrieve pieces of a ship, but later reveals himself to be the main antagonist who seeks to use the ship's power for his own nefarious purposes. The term "Magolor moment" has since been used in popular culture to refer to any similar plot twist or betrayal in a story.
