This more likely than not is not the recievers actual name, and it implies that the individual is a street rodent. This is often percieved by the prefrontal cortex as a socially unacceptable characteristic, which stimulates an agressive response. This sudden drop and spike of stress horomones greatly damages cardiovascular function, and can potentially kill the reciever.
