That's Fire!!!

Many people (especially ages 9-16) use the expression "That's Fire!" a lot. What they usually mean by that is something is so awesome that it is like fire. Or, rather, something is so cool that it is on fire (figuratively). So, to sum it all up, the phrase "That's Fire," is used for awesome things.

Ben: I made a story! Guess what the main character's name is?
Larry: What?
Ben: Bob!
Larry: Wow! That's FIRE!!!, bro!!!
Ben: Yeah. Guess what he does in the book?
Larry: What?
Ben: He eats DINO NUGGETS!!!
Larry: Bro, that's SUS!!!

Lighting a fire under somebody's ass isnt a way to get somebody to do their job better, it's a way to try and scare someone into doing what you want them to do for you. It always has been.

People could do without someone trying to go around lighting a fire under people's asses.

Trying to force someone else to become compliant with, or get in line with your agenda/policies, especially somebody who regularly tells you to go fuck yourself.

He/she tried lighting a fire under the guy's ass when not taking the word no or the words go fuck yourself for a legitimate answer wasn't working.

(imagine two criminals that are stuck in a room and if they can't manage to get out they'll die. there's only a desk and an old phone in this room and the police is already after them)
