Southern Fu

The martial art is taught by working-class identity, connection to nature and outdoor activities, strong community loyalty, and humility.

Some of the practices include: karate chopping beer/soda cans without touching any other surface when swinging. Meditation in a trash can will aid the individual with resilience and self-control from random things being tossed into it. Palming an empty or partially filled box in different directions will aid the individual with the process of deflection from close encounter weapons.

The derogatory term is "Redneck Fu", this version is lighter and nicer.

Southern Oregon

The region of Oregon that borders California and Nevada. It has the south coast, the Rogue Valley, the Klamath/Lake region, and the desert of the southeast. It goes from Coos/Curry to Malheur County.

Southern Oregon has a wonderful coastline as I love Coos County and Curry County, but I don't like the Rogue Valley and Klamath Falls that much.
