Tactical sickie

Planning a sick day from work in advance by telling your colleagues the day before that you don’t feel well, thus planting the seed that you may be ill. Usually when there’s nothing wrong with you and you already have other plans.

I’m not going into work tomorrow, already told my boss I was feeling ill today, pulling a tactical sickie tomorrow.

A slang originated in the Bahamas and commonly used to express amazement or surprise. In fact it can be used to express any strong feeling. It is not limited. Usually accompanied with the word "well" in front of it.I

It also can be refered to when you are talk to somebody in person.
