A girl who is very pretty but doesn't believe it herself. She is usually a girly girl who plays sports. She wears tons and tons of makeup but doesn't need it. Even though her name is Promise it doesn't mean she can keep a promise.

Stockholm Promise

I think I coined a new term... you know when someone agrees to something but the ducks, dives and avoids messages or conversations about it? It is particularly common here in Stockholm, Sweden among the musicians and just people in general. I call it this the "Stockholm Promise".

Yeah he did the old Stockholm Promise by saying "we should grab a beer/coffee/whatever next week" and then disappears for next X months
