The first to accidently throw the ball inside the sperm filled Glas, as a punishment, has to hold it upside down above his mouth to see if the ball got stuck in the tight middle part or can be taken out. If it falls out, the player has to drink the jizz. Otherwise the glas will be replaced in a new round.
