usually refers to a person you work with.
this person would be happy to clean the bosses hole with their tongue.
taken from the porn term "fluffer", which refers to a person who keeps the dicks hard on a porn set.
also taken from nutter butters, because it rhymes

Flirtatious Waffle: Innocent and largely meaningless, funny, exaggerated conversations between members of the opposite sex. / Ice breaking. / A conversation between a couple who know each other well, and are comfortable with each other.

Boy "So, you are going to play a bear in next weeks performance. Well you will be the prettiest bear ever, even if I say so myself"
Girl "That's all very well, but what about my male bear?"
Boy "You are a married bear then are you?"
Girl "Of course! I want you to be my male bear!"

Someone who preps a professional considerably before they must give a performance. It is not just regular preparation, but a stong urging, above and beyond, meant to convince the performer and the audience that it was delivered solely by the performer on his own.
