or text-tard, or texting retard, someone who has trouble sending text messages from a cell phone key pad (makes many mistakes, takes a long time to send a message or a reply) or someone who sends a text message (usually personal and not to be disclosed) to the wrong person.

Joe is such a textard, every time i text him, he takes forever to send a reply.

Jill had a textard moment when she sent a picture of her bare ass to her dad instead of her boyfriend.

That person that sends you a senseless message after having a text-message conversation that is over so that you reply and he/she gets to keep the "last" message and not reply again (especially done by women)

M: so, I'll pick you up tomorrow at 8 pm, ok?
W: Sure, I'll be looking forward to it. Oh, by the way, how did you do on that Genetics exam?
M: I think I did good, what about you?
...

W talking with a (female) friend: "You always have to be the last text keeper, that keeps him interested in you and knowing you are hard to get"

When a boyfriend or girlfriend doesn't have the guts to breakup in person so they end up sending a text saying they're breaking up. Similar to the email breakup where you breakup over email.

She's a bitch! She just broke up with me in a text message. That's so low!
