A skankerton is an inventive play on the word skank, meaning a scummy or dirty person, although much like similar insults, skankerton can also be used to define those who get around a lot.

Girl: "what's this on the floor?"
Boy: "Oh, that's just a pair of last week's boxers."
Girl: "Ew, you skankerton!"
